This is the Stretches and strengthening section. These are provided so that you have a visual example which you can easily follow. Play these videos as you begin your stretch routine, until you are fully comfortable and have memorized the movements. If your treatment involves stretches, they are meant to be performed ten times, unless otherwise prescribed by Dr. White.  The first group of stretches are for the head and neck. The second group of stretches are isometric neck exercise, and are used to strengthen weakened muscles due to injury, etc. The third group of stretches are for the lower back and pelvis. | | |
